If Scholar’s Wings Consultancy is unable to secure admission for the student
- If we are unable to obtain an admission offer from any of the institutions applied for through our services, the application fee or advance payment will be fully refunded to the student.
- Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after confirmation of non-admission.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
If the student voluntarily withdraws the application
- If a student decides to cancel or withdraw their application on their own, for any reason, the initial application fee or advance payment becomes non-refundable.
- The student must also bear any additional costs already incurred during the application process (e.g., document processing, courier charges, university verification fees, translation, notarization, etc.).
If payments already committed must be made
- In some cases, certain partner institutions or external service providers require full payment of their invoice, even if the student withdraws.
- In such situations, the student is responsible for settling the full required payment as per the institution’s or service provider’s terms.
3. Processing Time for Refunds
- Approved refunds will be initiated promptly and issued through the same payment method used during the transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on banking or payment gateway processes.
4. Proof of Payment
Students must provide:
- Receipts, transaction IDs, or any relevant evidence of payment
to facilitate accurate and timely refund processing.

Scholar’s Wings Consultancy reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and the “Effective Date” will be revised accordingly.
